HydraFacial Membership Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your enrollment in the HydraFacial Membership (the "Membership") offered by Batniji Facial Plastic Surgery ("BFP," "we," "us," or "our"). By enrolling, you agree to the terms below.
Membership Structure
The HydraFacial Membership is a monthly recurring subscription with a minimum commitment of three consecutive months. Your initial payment of $200 is processed at the time of enrollment through our online store. Subsequent monthly payments of $200 are processed on the monthly anniversary of your enrollment date.
Minimum Commitment and Cancellation
You commit to a minimum of three monthly payments totaling $600. After the third month, your Membership continues on a month-to-month basis until you cancel. You may cancel at any time after the initial three-month term by notifying us in writing at [membership email] or by calling +1.949.650.8882 at least seven days before your next billing date.
What's Included
Each monthly Membership payment entitles you to one HydraFacial Deluxe treatment per calendar month at our Newport Beach location, 15% off all retail skincare products, exclusive member pricing on our curated medical-grade skincare collection, and access to member-only events and offers.
Unused Monthly Treatments
Monthly treatments must be used within the calendar month they are issued. Unused treatments do not roll over and are not refundable.
Payment Processing and Authorization
By enrolling, you authorize Batniji Facial Plastic Surgery to charge your provided payment method $200 per month for the duration of your Membership. You further authorize BFP to securely transfer your payment information to our practice management system (Nextech) and our authorized payment processor (CardConnect/CardPointe) for the purpose of processing your monthly Membership charges. Your payment information is handled in compliance with PCI-DSS standards and is not stored on BFP's servers.
Failed Payments
If a monthly payment fails, we will attempt to reach you to update your payment method within five business days. If payment cannot be collected within fourteen days, your Membership may be suspended or terminated. Members whose payments fail before the three-month minimum is completed remain responsible for the unpaid amount of the minimum commitment.
Refunds
Membership fees are non-refundable once processed. Skincare products purchased with a member discount are subject to the standard BFP retail return policy.
Health Acknowledgment
HydraFacial treatments are performed by licensed aesthetic professionals under the medical direction of Rami K. Batniji, MD, FACS. Your first treatment includes a brief health screening. You agree to disclose any medical conditions, medications, or skin concerns that may affect the safety or suitability of the treatment. BFP reserves the right to decline or modify treatment based on clinical judgment.
Transferability and Location
The Membership is non-transferable and may only be used by the enrolled individual. Monthly treatments are redeemable at our Newport Beach location; availability at the Beverly Hills location may be limited.
Changes to These Terms
BFP reserves the right to modify these Terms with thirty days' written notice to enrolled members. Continued enrollment after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
