Subscription and Cancellation Policy

Some products at Dr. Batniji Skincare can be purchased once or on a recurring subscription (Subscribe and save).

How subscriptions work

• Subscribe and save orders are delivered every 3 months and are priced 10% below the one time purchase price.
• Your first order is charged at checkout. Each renewal is charged automatically to your saved payment method on the same day of the month as your first order, and your next delivery ships after that charge.
• There is no minimum number of deliveries.

How to cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing Info@drbatniji.com with your name and order number. To stop the next renewal, contact us before its charge date. Cancelling stops all future deliveries and charges; orders that have already been charged are covered by our Return and Refund Policy.
