Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be happy with every product from Dr. Batniji Skincare. If something is not right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

What can be returned

• Products must be unopened and unused, in their original packaging with any seals intact.
• Opened or used skincare, supplements and sun care cannot be returned, for hygiene and safety reasons.

How returns are settled

Approved returns are settled as an exchange or store credit. We do not issue cash refunds to the original payment method.

Return shipping

We cover the cost of return shipping. Contact us first and we will send you a prepaid return label and instructions.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, contact us and we will make it right with a replacement or store credit, whether or not the package has been opened.

Subscriptions

Each subscription delivery follows the same 30 day return terms. To cancel future subscription deliveries, see our Subscription and Cancellation Policy or contact us.

How to start a return

Email Info@drbatniji.com with your order number and the items you would like to return. We will reply with your prepaid return label and next steps.
